Mahoromatic is a beautiful story about a young Combat Android named Mahoro who gives up fighting and tries to live a normal life as a maid to Suguru, a shy and yet popular high school student who lives alone. Everything seems to be too perfect for Mahoro but when parts of her past come back to haunt her she has to keep her past life a secret, keep Suguru safe, and protect the new life she's chosen. Things really get complicated when Suguru's teacher, Miss Shikijo, decides she has a 'thing' for him and becomes jealous of Mahoro quickly. Funny situations arise and yet the series keeps a very good story and serious plot amidst the quirky situations.
